INTEGRATED APPROACHES FOR SAGITTAL IMBALANCE

I recently attended this online physiotherapy course and overall it was a very enriching experience The content was comprehensive well structured and highly relevant to clinical practice The instructor demonstrated excellent knowledge and was able to deliver complex concepts in a clear and practical way I truly appreciated the depth of information provided and found many aspects directly applicable to my work dealing with spine. That said I would like to share some constructive feedback At times the instructor posed critical questions that were answered by colleagues attending offline but because they were not using microphones their responses were too low to hear Unfortunately the instructor did not always repeat these answers so some valuable insights were missed by the online participants It may help to use a multidirectional microphone such as the Shure MXA310 or Jabra Speak series which are available in Egypt to ensure all voices are captured clearly Additionally the recordings were only accessible for three days which was not sufficient given the course was six hours long per day and very dense with information I personally missed half of the second session and was unable to review it later Extending the availability of recordings would allow participants to revise and fully benefit from the excellent material In summary the course was extremely valuable and exceeded my expectations in terms of content and expertise With just a few adjustments in technical setup and recording availability it could be even more impactful for online learners Deep thanx for Dr Mahmoud El Razzy, Deep thanks for Dr Moahmed Sa3ed
